Cerita kahwin cerita pelan pelan, tak mahu sekaligus semua, jadi kehangatannya sentiasa terasa ecewah.

 

WEDDING GUESTBOOK
ialah hadiah dari my dear bff Sheila Marie, blog dia binikedek.com go check her out, she sew good bag! Thank you ila for the gift, I love it. As simple as I wish for. She post out without pic di depan tu. Gambar itu ialah photoshoot seminggu sebelum raya, Jay edit, my Abang Ipar print out, pagi morning before nikah baru dia bagi the picture

Dari reception Sandakan, kami bawa the same guestbook ke reception di Lahad Datu, dan ucapan paling kelakar is Ayah mertua. Siap ada 1 PERSON LIKE THIS. Facebook sangat kan.

 

Next is the POSTER.

Usually my family memang buat banting ke bunting ejaannya aku tak pasti but you know what I mean kan, but this time aku tidak mahu banting/bunting bagai tu, aku tukar ke poster. Dengan frame putih, poster was shoot, design, printed out and framed by my Abang Ipar, Abang Azaman, yes this is his job scope, I just need to tell him what I wanted.

 

Kakinya pula, last minit, adik bongsu aku yang buat, Adik. Adik kerja keras ni haha, siap cat putih bagai. Dia cakap mesti matching dengan frame.

 

Overall hasilnya aku memang 187 kali LIKE.  It’s beautiful, love every bit of it.

 

 

Dan banner pula haha. Kami gunakan gambar lama Encik Jay, masa sebelum dia membuang 16kilo lemak dengan bantuan Herbalife. Gambar diguna ialah gambar sewaktu kami Majlis Hantaran. Pun Abang Azman yang buat.

 

Sebagai tambahan, di meja wedding guestbook. Black Board, atau chalk board.

 

Masa di KK, separuh mati kami cari ni barang. Gila ya. Sampai hari berangkat balik ke Sandakan aku give up, okay tak payah lah sudah ada chalkboard bikin main. Sekalinya masa aku dan Encik Jay (sebelum berkahwin) jalan-jalan di Sandakan few days before raya, kami jumpa ni dua brang dengan harga yang super murah di pasaraya harga rendah GENTINGMAS, orang Sandakan mesti tahu ni. Sekarang chalkboard ni confirm lah anak buah ku sayang yang main kan di Teratak Bonda.

 

Okay. Itu sahaja.

Like seriously banyak kot lagi.

Alhamdulillah, last month, on 21st and 22nd April 2012, both us selamat berkursus kahwin. We’ve booked and paid earlier so we have no more excuses to postponed again.

The kursus was fun. And banyak gila input in 2 days.

Heh, asik gambar aku saja, gambar tunang memang tiada.

 

Next is borang kahwin. Aku ingat perlu kebenaran orang tua saja untuk kahwin, rupanya kena minta kebenaran pelbagai pihak juga. Now memang sangat pening. Hopefully cepat setel pasal borang tu and HIV test.

 

As everybody knows, tajadi kahwin pada bulan June and ditunda ke August, sebenarnya aku frust pasal ni. Aku kalau boleh memang mahu kahwin cepat, mahu settle down cepat-cepat. Tapi Tuhan lebih tahu. Sudah ditulis. Mungkin sebab Allah S.W.T lebih tahu kami belum bersedia.

I have like approximately 88 days left!

Hujung bulan ni balik hometown untuk uruskan few things

1. Decide which dewan aku mahu, we’ve booked 2 hall.
2. Meeting with the caterer.
3. Meeting the the MUA and tailor (MUA and tailor is the same person)
4. Decide which pelamin I want, either pelamin from the caterer (labu macam princess princess) or pelamin from the MUA (very elegant one, with big roses and all). This just happens recently, I thought I really want the labu dais until I saw the elegant big roses dais.
5. Meeting with both sides family to finalize things so I can finally choose design and book the wedding invitation card.

 

Things I need to buy

1. Paper lantern (sudah kirim dengan my sister dari Semenanjung)
2. Paper bag for doorgift, I will go for white, instead of the brown one. And then I will decorate it myself. InsyaAllah. So anyone knows where I can get this?
3. Hiasan for the wedding guestbook table (The guestbook itself, flowers maybe, and frames for the pre-wed photos)
4. Hiasan for my photobooth (Background, flowers, paper lantern, etc)
5. Cenderamata untuk para perenjis yang menepung tawar.
6. Samping for Tunang. I suddenly dislike the samping we’ve bought.
7. My veil! (or maybe I will leave this to the tailor)

 

In the meantime, I am avoiding myself to browse any wedding websites or pictures, because it really kills me that I want everything and at the same time want everything to be simple. I just want the guest to be happy, with the majlis and the foods.

I pray every day, I hope you guys wish us the best too. That everything will goes well. That I can be married soon. I cannot wait to buy the pintu-di-bawah washing machine. HAhaha.
